I don't even have an engine to put this on or a car that needs a carb since I'm all EFI but for some reason I bid on and won this thing during some late at night ebaying

I paid $19+19 shipping for it and it turns out to be a fresh reman, 800 cfm electric choke APT style chevy carb, all good things so far
Tore it down since I can't leave anything together

The two things I did find is the idle tubes are epoxied in so I will have to drill them out and replace w/ some from a parts carb if I want to modify them, and the rebuilder put one 49 primary rod in and one 52....nice. The carb is great as a core for what I paid since it came nice and clean but I had always been told never to buy a mass produced reman carb and I see why...this thing would have run great w/ 2 different needles in it I'm sure (and no they did not stagger the jets to try to make it even semi legit it had 72s on both sides)
I also found these under the bench

Which is probably where this carb will go, hopefully I lose the inclination to use it ha.
Late night ebaying gets me some weird things
