I am searching for original intakes carbs and exhaust manifolds for my 2 camaros, and wanted to know what date they should precede, and by how many months.

Look at the Engine Assembly Date on the Pad on the Front of the Block. All the parts on the Engine should precede this date anywhere from 14-45 days. In some cases they may be a little more than 45 days or a day or so earlier but should be in that date range.
