I found some numbers.
123870N505226
Could that be right for a 70 camaro?

Thanx

VIN decodes as a 1970 Camaro, 6 cylinder, built at Norwood.

thanx, but according to my trimtag it was supposed to have a v8....now I'm confused.
Does it say if there was any options, like power streering or anything else?

Like SpltBmpr71 said the Vin decodes as a 6. The 12487 in the trim tag just tells you that it is a Camaro sport coupe. Norwood used this code from 70-72.

What is the rest of your cowl tag info? There may be other numbers that indicate if it was a V-8 or 6. As was said earlier the ST7012487NOR on the trim (cowl tag ) indicates that it was a sport coup (they all were!)
What is the rest of the ST7012487NOR______#
and what else does the tag say?

STO12487NOR217761BDY was what I could see.

Thanx
