Not Citrus Green. Code 43 would be Lime Green, same as Citrus Green in '70. Code 42 is Cottonwood Green. Code 778 is Standard Green interior - vinyl.

My codes show it as:
ST 71-12487 L 11482 = Style 1971 2 door sport coupe Camaro 8 cyl
L=Van Nuys 11482= unit #
TR 778 =Standard Interior Dark Jade
42 42=Cottonwood Green
03E= March 3rd week (final body assembly week)
The rest of the numbers are options codes, these are hard to decipher because there are so many variations, I have them on my car and have never found out what they are exactly.
