If the body is straight and rust free.... It's probably worth it.
If the primer is hiding a ton of bondo.... Probably not.
Bring a magnet!
Don't forget to check the rear frame rails and all fo the other common rust areas. (cowl, trunk, floor pans, lower fenders and quarters)

Would take a critical and knowledgable friend with you to look at the undersides for rust issues.
Could be worth it if the floors and frame are decent but only you can determine what amount of time, labor and money would be worth it to you...
