i found the S12 that is sterring colume silver. still dont know what the D is for

The 15D means that your interior color is silver-gray with cloth interior made of Belmar brand material.

I did a little more research but haven't been able to find if the term Belmar was the name of the supplier or the name GM gave to that particular interior material. The chart just breaks down 15D as Silver-Gray interior color, standard or custom seats, 2nd design modified, in Belmar material cloth, and the interior type could be either standard or Berlinetta. I hope this helps.
I would start with Classic Industries to see if they have available the interior kit that you're looking for. Any restoration parts place for Camaros should be able to help you. I think it will all depend on how many different interior colors and styles they carry. Good luck with your '81 Z28.

the repro silver seat material from PUI is way off. The only place I have found that has the correct cloth material is sms. If someone finds another source please post it.
