This is what I can come up with. The 1093 is the 109 th day in 1973. The 7043207 QR is 70 = GM, 43 = 73 year, 2 = 49 state emissions, 0 = Chevy, 7 = manual trans. Nothing on the QR but could be Rochester Quadrajet or something.
