hell yes over $200 - check out the completed listings "camaro 81 cluster" there have been clusters in not nearly as good of shape as yours for that kinda coin

I agree with Mav. I thought about going autometer and have a few of them but I like the factory look and that is so clean!! $200 for yours is way better than $550 for autometers in my pocketbook right now

That's called "shilling"... Highly frowned upon with eBay.

I think that's what happened on a 79 cluster I bought... It doesn't always work out well for the seller.
(Buyers will catch on when it gets relisted and won't bid on the item again.)

This cluster ended up getting relisted twice and I won the third auction with a last-second bid under $100.

It'll work, just won't be correct for a 72. You'll also have to remove the clear turn signal posts.

It's an easy swap of the lens and lens frame from another cluster with the proper signal light position. (70-78)

many times things end up selling for less than what you would think they should, the smart buyers are the ones that buy at those prices

It was me that bought the cluster for 30 bucks...sorry to say that the post office played football with the pkg....was broken into a 100 pieces....but still worth it IMO....dont mean to hi-jack the thread but will my idiot lite gauge housing swap directly with the broken gauge housing? No clock on my idiot cluster

sorry to hear that.. i thought that box would have been plenty sturdy.

i have an idiot light cluster I will send ya.. you can use lense anyway.. with careful cutting you can use the housing too.. just have to cut the gauges in.

Not upset at all! It happens....I have my stock idiot light cluster that i can use the lens and cluster so no need to send yours...So its just a swap on the lens and i can make the housing work with a little cutting?

Would it be better to just buy a repro housing...altho I've read on here that the fitment is not too good with aftermarket housings

The money is no issue....you made me a very good deal...as said earlier the speedo alone is worth at least 50 so no refund money will be accepted.....just want to replace my idiot lights with gauges so some advice is all i need....no worries and dont feel bad about it
