ZS10 03-20-2011, 04:03:24 AM Someone posted a definition of humor the other day. Read it... Does it have recipes? Asked the g/f and she said she used this recipe : http://www.epicurious.com/recipes/food/views/Stuffed-Artichokes-240554 except instead of some dried italians sausage, she uses chopped grouse, venison or moose. She asks for wild meat, I provide. Steam the 'chokes before stuffing and then bake after stuffing. I haven't had them in years but I used to love 'em.
