Help tom3 05-08-2000, 08:52:00 PM There is a number stamped on the axle tube on the passenger side, usually toward the front. Hard to see and read, but the suffix-two or three letters-will decode the gear. Also sometimes there is a date code on the cast center section, something like A120 for January 12 1970. May be covered with grease and hard to find. Might be down in the web at the stiffener flanges at the side of this center section. Post any numbers you find. |
