I can't find this code anywhere in here. Can someone help. Code is 14078261. Date code is E096. Picked up this motor out of a 79 Blazer, ended up being a one piece rear main seal(86 or newer).

I can find a 14079261 but not the code you sent. Are you positive it is a 8 instead of a 9? Take a close look. I show 14079261 belonging to 1982-1985 Chevrolet Truck 350. Thats about all it shows. Nothing else at all.

Could be a 9 instead of an 8. Kind of crudy under there. Just wanted to know if they were any good for any performance. Don't want to buy new heads. Selling this Z and the guy wants me to build this motor. Not looking to break any records with this motor. 300 or so horse.
