My original 70 subframe has wreck damage to the very front of the pass side subframe. It cannot be repaired and made to look nice, so I want to splice on a piece. I need a section starting at the very front to 6" to the rear of the idler arm mount. This is not a very big section. Anybody have an unused subframe they could cut? Thanks,

do you kn ow if a 78 frame section would work. I have one that will probably go to the scrap yard in a week.

Can you take a pic of yours and I can compare it to mine.
