I have a 72 auto car with a 454, I have located a factory 4 speed donor car with everything there, But will the Z bar from the small block interchange with a Big Block and would there be any clearance problems with the linkage from my super comp headers, Thanks David

Prolly have SOME problems with the linkages and those headers. Not 100% sure yet.
You're gonna need the BBC ext balanced flywheel. Just need to make sure the bellhousing will allow a 10.5" clutch. A '621' or Lakewood bellhousing would be better overall, then you can run an 11" clutch.

I know someone makes a kit so you can do the swap. It has all the peddles and Z Bar and the adaptor plate for the Z Bar. Il see if I can find it and get back to you David.

My '80 runs the Zbar linkage and Hooker Super Comps just fine. No problems with clearance whatsoever.

I changed over to Hedman shorties only because my car sits so low.
