hi,whats everyone think of gear drives?i'm buildin my 327 and thinkin of installin a gd.

Well they sound cool, but imo they do transfer all harmonic vibration to the valve train. Id go with a double roller chain, or better yet a belt drive

i did'nt think about the vibration.i think i'll go with the dbl roller.thanx

If you go noisy then it'll drive you up the wall. So get a quiet one. If you have a M22 tranny, you'll never hear the whine.
