How would i go about finding out if I have a lock-up th350 or if its non lock up? I'm looking to but a torque converter and i guess some are lock-up only??

They only put the lockup in some 80's and all 81's. Check the drivers side of the tranny. If it has an electrical connection it's a lockup.

they built L/U TH350s till 86.

Easy way to tell is Electrical plug(mentioned) and the tip is smooth on the end of the input shaft http://www.nastyz28.com/ubb/wink.gif
