I am having a tough time trying to get the bolts to break free. I have a metal rod through the bolt hole and a 1/2" breaker bar and the bolts will not break free. It felt like if I continued something would snap. Any ideas? What are the torque specs?
Thanks

An impact wrench will get that off in a second. (if you have access to one)

first "THWACK" the bolt heads with a hammer a few times.. use a product like liquid wrench or similar... i used a 1/2" breaker bar and then a 2ft pipe extension and they came off with ease

Brute strength, oh yea!

Seriousluy though, if its on the stand it may be hard to take them off without rotating the engine. I just wedged a rag in between the teeth and one of the prongs for the engine stand and it held it in place
