I'm building a 72 camaro with an LS1. The front of the motor is 5/8th to the passenger side (measuring from center of harmonic balencer) is this correct? And the tailshaft should also be 5/8 off center as well correct?

Sounds about right, if a bit less that I would have thought, at the front. Never measured at the tailshaft

I'm not entirely sure that's the case, but somebody will chime in with the answer who's checked both front and rear. Somebody here knows the answer.

okay thank you, it sounds about right that they should both be the same offset so it doesn't affect thrust angle or that it's all parallel
