I need one that bolts to an LT-1 bell housing,I have 1 for the LS-1 housing,maybe swap???

Your gonna need a input shaft to, To make the LT1 cover plate work , because the LS1 input shaft is longer than the LT1 input shaft.

The tranny is from an LT1.Me and a friend put an LT1 in an s-10 with a 6 speed,popped out of 3rd sometimes which I think was a shifter hitting the floor problem,he got a tranny from an LS1 and we switched the front plates and put the trans in.We didn't have to change anything on either the trannies except the front plate.

I am acquiring the tranny for next to nothing so that is why I'm looking for the plate/front cover.

Yes you are correct on the input.He says he switched them around before I got to his house.

So I also need an input shaft also.
