Hopefulyl someone else on here can also confirm. speedfreak1000 10-25-2009, 02:54:58 PM it seems to me they are the same except the 79-81's haad a flat piece of metal welded to the dash to attach those dashes. i've heard all you have to do is take that piece off and the 70-78 dash will work. Venom73 10-25-2009, 09:32:05 PM I would think they are close, but I have no clue really:confused: My 73 has an 81 dash but it was installed before I got it Twisted_Metal 10-26-2009, 02:59:36 AM The lower portion of the dash is unchanged..... Heater control, ashtray, radio portion and glove box all fit/mount the same. The dash pad and dash bezel are the biggest pieces but you will need to modify the cluster for the signal lights. I'm not sure if all the duct work inside the dash is the same. |
