I was just looking at this Camaro on eBay that is listed as a Type LT/Z28, but the VIN is 1S87K, while it should be 1S87T, the trim tag also has Z28 on it.
Is this a swapped tag?

Trim Tag picture is so poor there's no way to tell if it looks like it's been swapped or not, and that seems just a little odd since every other picture is very clear  One thing for sure, that Trim Tag and the VIN disagree on what type of car it originally was. I would avoid that car like the plague.

Nice black screws on a cleaned tag. Reckeck the VIN plate on your dashboard and see if it matches a photo of a title with VIN highlited. What does Federal Certification label say on the doorpost, if any and if legible...???

Not my car. If it is a Z28 like the trim tag shows, shouldn't the VIN be 1S87T?

Yes, No "T" no Z plan and simple. Either the trim tag, or VIN has been changed.

I would avoid it. Just the fact that the tag is screwed to the firewall is enough of a red flag.

^ actually starting in late 73 all trim tags were screwed down from the factory with a with a 6 point/philips screw.
