16B420175 VIN derivative from the original car this engine was in. Federally mandated to be stamped at final assembly plant to be able to track the motor back to original car. (theft etc).
1 - Chevrolet

B - Car built at Baltimore Assembly (No Camaro's built there)
420175 - Last 6 from the cars VIN
CMJ - L65 350-145 hp with TH350 trans and 2-bbl carb, its a 1976 Chevelle engine as that was the only Chevy in production at Baltimore GMAD plant in 1976.
