Ok guys, I'm sure some of you have seen this wanted ad posted before and asking why this guy doesn't just go to auto zone and buy a new style pump. Long story short, I am sentimental about this pump. All I need is the pulley cause the one I have isn't level. I'll buy pump and pulley if someone has it and want to get rid of both together.

He actually called me back and said hes got 3. YES!!!!!!!!!!! 80 bucks for all. 3 good pulleys one pump that needs a seal, one pump hes not sure about, another pump still in box never used. woooooo hoooo going to look at them shortly, I hope this guys not pulling my chain.

Well it was a bust. Guy didn't have the style pump that I have in that picture. It was the kind that came stock on the car which i could get brand new pump and pulley from autozone.

A guy I talked to called my pump a banjo reservoir style and the newer kind a parachute reservoir.

Anyways this guy was awesome had a pole barn that was like 50 x 100ft or more. Chevy ll on car lift, 67 el co on rotisserie,78 camaro parked in front waiting to go in for complete restro, 69z 400sb dual four barrels in house garage. Engine test stand with wheels, and about 4 complete built small blocks and a few big blocks sitting around waiting for a car. He was an old old timer. When i told him my pump was different then what he was trying to sell he said I was dumbass that didnt know what i was talking about.
