I use fiberglass you can fix a lot of stuff with it. It takes a lot more sanding, compared to bondo, but is really strong and fairly stiff. You can get the resin and the fiberglass mating at wal-mart for around 20 bucks. 5 for mat, and 15 for the resin stuff, you have to mix the resin kinda like bondo.

i just used the fiberglass to repair my front bumper, came out pretty good. and it wont crack and fall apart like regular bondo

Get the proper urethane epoxy- it's sold at all body supply places and most commercial auto-parts places (i.e. UAP/NAPA and the like).

The proper expoxy is great stuff- once you've prepped what you're fixing, applied it and sanded it properly- you'd never be able to tell it has been repaired- and in my experience is not prone to crack/break again. Just make sure you get the correct type for the urethane used on 2nd gen noses (i.e. the "question" to be answered to get the right stuff is: Does the urethane in question melt like plastic when a grinder is put to it briefly- or more powder and flake off? The answer is powder and flake-off (almost like poorly mixed fiberglass).

The lower grill is some sort of urethane/plastic/rubbery stuff and can split and rot out if exposed to alot of moisture. I've never had to repair one- but it might be worth bringing it with you when you go to buy the epoxy for the nose and let the "experts" tell you what would work best to repair it.
