I'm doing the resto thing on my 77 and was going to replace the upper door seals ( around the glass) problem is the moulding that holds the rubber seal is now missing.
what is this moulding called and are they available anywhere?

Most people refer to it as the window seal channel. It is made out of stainless and can only be found in a salvage yard. You shouldn't have any problem finding them. Just don't tell the salvage dealer that they are getting harder to find because he will jack up the price.

At the salvage yard, look for a car with both sides complete. I took everything around both windows. That way it all matches and lines up the same.
