View Full Version : Hungry...whatcha all doing for Xmas dinner?
musclecarjohn 12-24-2008, 02:04:07 PM I'm doing a slow-cooked herb-crusted roast in the oven with gravy made from the pan drippings and 4 lbs of fat, jumbo prawns in their shells done in a creamy white alfredo reduction sauce with plenty of garlic, onions, shallots, mushrooms and capers...sprinkled with fresh italian parsley of course...:p
Throw in some fresh french green beans, some housemade hot rolls, and a salad and that's dinner.
There's only 6 of us so I think we'll have enough food....lol.
Kamikaze 12-24-2008, 02:05:20 PM Going to John's for a great meal and even better drinks!

My fiance loves to cook (and I love to eat) but she had all hand-me-down cheapo knifes. I told her we needed to at least get her one GOOD knife and that's what we ended up with. She's used it everyday for probably a year now and loves it. Hopefully come wedding time we can finish the set.
