Its a 434 sBC seems like a good deal. If you have that much cash hanging around.

It looks like a nice engine, but for that price, I think I would rather a mild ls1 with about the same power and better mileage.
I think it would be cheaper to build it yourself though as long as you can get a decent price on machine work. A 434 is a 400, bored .030 over with a 4 in stroke..... nothing extremely hard for any competent machine shop. I bet you could save 2-3k at least.

It would take a fairly modified LS1 to get into the 525hp/570ft/lbs range so how great it's mileage would be, I really don't know. Very few stock chevy 400 will clearance for a 4" stroke without hitting the waterjacket so considering they are using a Dart block to start with & how complete the engine is, that $8200 price tag isn't far off.
I'm not keen on some of their parts choices & brands but as a complete, tested engine, it's not a bad deal at all.

The parts list looks good... but it's too cheap. that engine should be costing more like $10-$12K to do it right.
The block alone is more than $1500 bare
I'm betting there is some really crappy machine work, or some used parts in there
