The only recipe I know...
Good party/finger food, of course I dont even know the quantities of ingredients but can describe to get you there.
1 small Philly cream cheese
1 small jar/can Old English Sharp Cheddar spread
Beer - as needed (12oz max)
Garlic Powder - as needed
Allow the Philly & O.E. to warm to room temp. Mix together in mixing bowl, adding beer to allow the two cheese to mix together completely. Add Garlic powder as needed. Chill to thicken.
Add 2 loaves of round rye. Drink remainder of beer. Done.
