My '78 Z28's fan is shot, and I get no heat, the core must be shot too. Do you know if your unit would do the trick in my '78? I know they changed the dash configuration/vents/etc. from '78 to '79 so just wondering. Thanks.

My box doesn't have the fan (it mounts to the outer suitcase). I'd check out the fan first and then the vacuum lines. Otherwise, this should work fine for a 78, as the differences should be negligable.
