What is a good product to use to repair the fine spiderweb cracks in the urethane nose and bumpers? I also have a large 5" long crack on my nose that i need to repair, what would be good to use for that, a fiberglass filler? Would primer fix the "spiderweb problem"

there is a special filler for urethane, but I bet the spiderwebs are just in the paint, strip it off, use a good primer following directions for flexible parts

I would sand the area down to bare plastic, and prime and paint.

Usually if the primer or paint doesn't adhere to the plastic then the spiders/crack will appear. Sand the bumper down to the plastic and go from there.
The paint on my rear bumper didn't adhere to the plastic under the license plate. But until it gets worse I am not going to repaint it.
