Mousehouse 09-26-2003, 12:26:00 PM If you have a local paint/body shop supplier company they should have a spray can product made for stripping paint off of urethane bumpers. I think I used two cans on my rear bumper cover. I think the cans are 20 ounces and have a gray label. I will look tonight and see if I still have one and get the part number and description off of it. I LOVE MY Z 09-27-2003, 09:34:00 AM find a shop that does bead blasting. best bang for the buck. Camaro11 09-28-2003, 10:10:00 PM New front Urethane bumpers are available. Most of the old urethane bumpers are starting to fall apart. You might just want to buy a new bumper. Before I got my car painted, the body guy showed me how the old bumper was starting to crack and fall apart. A new Front Bumper was on his doorstep a couple of days later... About $250 or so. Note: Front bumpers are available, Rear bumpers are not. (AFAIK) Mousehouse 10-05-2003, 10:24:00 PM Sorry it took me so long to reply. The bumper stripper is made by SEM. Part #39913 It comes in a 17 ounce spray can and it cost me $9.43 each. It works pretty well. But you have to use it in a well ventilated area.
