Con: really big fuel lines, all steel too & a extra big fuel tank too since you'll be chewing it up at almost twice the rate.

Oil changes have to happen very often & you can't park the car for a few weeks between drives without draining & flushing the lines.

There are a bunch of con's & only a few Pro's. ie, lower running temp, clean burning, almost detonation free, ect.

Agree,

Con: volume & maintenance will be a pain in the butt for a street car. E-85 would be more forgiving, except if you have a true 15.8-1. Good luck.

Don't forget a really good gas mask.

Methanol will eat rubber parts in your fuel system like Holley needle seat tips and some rubber lines IIRC.

Power valve is 2.5 times as big and it will suck fuel like a paid pro, as previously stated in the thread.
