What exact silver can I get at a shop for my grill on my 78LT? Or if I cannot get that exact color, whats the closest matching color I can get at, lets say, Pep Boys?

Argent Silver. The 78 LT should have chrome on the leading edges (like the 70-73 RS grill) as well.

Moe: Are you sure about that chrome on the leading edge? Mine did not have chrome, it was all silver.

My car was hit early in life, so there are some things that were replaced without my knowledge. I don't think the grill was replaced tho...

Well, the original grill on my 79 Berlinetta (which we all know replaced the LT) was Argent Silver with the Chrome edges. I've been trying to find an original or repro. grill forever that has the colors right. I'm thinking I'll have to buy the argent silver paint and chrome paint and make it look as best as I can. The 79-81 berlinettas all had this color scheme so I would assume the pre-79 LTs would have it as well.
