Haven't seen my packet yet either...but on a better note, got the suspension all bolted up and the fuel tank went back in today. After sittin' for awhile she fired up no problem. So all I got left to do is put the rear brakes back together, bleed the system and I'm hittin' the road come 20 June.

Mikey - they are starting with #101 this year, not #001, so you aren't far behind me. I was at the Tom Henry show with the ACA guys last year when they were working on the proof for the registration form. I filled out one of the proofs and gave it to Bud with a check (as kind of a joke - half figuring he'd hand it back to me) - that's how I got #101, lol!

yup.. and no issues if you regerstered the car in advance.... because you can drive right in. As of this morning I was told there is still time to do the mail thing also...

You need to mail in the form Bob... you will be there before about 90% of us... Hard to grab one of ours if we aint there. And they will not be open to sell them thursday night.

Well, I just ordered up a rear view mirror setup since there's no way I would drive the L78 that far without a mirror on the PA turnpike! If I try to swap out the header gaskets I'll probably break a bolt or create a worse leak! I'm thinking I better wait until after Carlisle to swap the header gaskets.

Seal the leak with orange RTV ;)

And that would be RECORD 'COLD' for Carlisle.....don't think it got that cold at NIGHT....

Definately need some warmer clothes and some more blankets....and maybe a heater to warm up the tents with the power of the generators....lol.

If that forecast holds, it will be the greatest weather ever. And I said that last year.

Any of the long time regulars remember the 100+ weather a few years ago and ran that thursday mid day, ugh that was awful. I think that was the last year I camped.

I'll be stoked if that's the real forecast. I hate the heat, although it does make the scenery more scantily clad!
